Got a case where the ship as well as the pivot are off. I need them both at the same place on object level.

I didn't understand what is your problem from the description, but by default RbD uses center of mass instead of centroid and it is recalculated on first frame - this slightly shifts the pivot point between frame 1 and frame 2. you can change this behavior in rbd object or rbd solver node, I don't remember. upvotes.

April 4, 2012 3:48 a.m. moder I really new in Houdini, i want to set pivot at center a group of primitives and transform it. EditSOP does it by default, it moves the pivot accordingly to input group. As to TransformSOP, there is a local variable $GCX/Y/Z, you can put into Pivot parameter for the same effect. hth, skk. Report moder Member
